My name is Doug Pringle and I'm a real estate agent for the buyers and sellers of residential property, either as a primary residence, a second home or as an investment property. In addition I work with the buyers and sellers of bare land.

The Santa Cruz Mountain range extends from just south of San Francisco to the southern portion of Santa Cruz County. I have lived in or near the Santa Cruz Mountains for most of my life and have had family living in this region for five generations. I know the real estate markets of this region well and can work in any of them. However, I live in Capitola, CA and have my office in Scotts Valley and I love living and working in this area, so my primary area of focus is Santa Cruz County and Highway 1 north to San Francisco.

My passion for long distance running and photography have taken me all over this area and has given me a tremendous knowledge of the different and also lesser known places and neighborhoods, some of which I think of as hidden gems.

We will then discuss pricing strategies and the pros and cons of each to then determine the best listing price for your property. I will offer my insights into what property presentations sell and help get your property marketed and ready to show and then sold.

My knowledge of the area, my vigilance in touring and tracking what is on the market, combined with my expert ability to dig into market data will help to ensure that you find the property you desire, you know the necessary information about the neighborhood and property you're interested in purchasing and that you're paying a good price.
