Mark V. Isola has extensive litigation experience in California state courts, federal courts, and bankruptcy courts, and has represented a diverse group of clients, from national banks and Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietorships and individuals. Mr. Isola’s practice focuses on real estate matters, including foreclosures and workouts, as well as on creditors’ rights issues, including relief from stay motions and defending against fraudulent transfer claims. Mr. Isola graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University in 1988, and obtained his law degree from the University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law in 1991. While in law school, Mr. Isola was Executive Editor of the Davis Law Review. Mr. Isola enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children, trail running in the hills around Danville, and watching all local sports teams from high school to professional.
