Until now, clients have had very few options. Traditional brokerages haven’t changed for decades. They have a business model that has been working (for them) for years.  They build large, fancy offices with a somewhat simple plan.  Rather than focus on their current clients, they are focused on recruiting agents to fill those offices. Their goal is to hire as many agents as possible, and have those agents contact as many potential clients as possible. Guess who pays for those offices, their staff, and advertising. Of course, it’s their clients. But what does the client actually get in return?

With us, gone are the days of ego driven advertising (who wants to see my face on their shopping cart?!?).  We spend our advertising dollars exactly where our clients need it. HUGE internet presence (including virtual tours, multiple photos, etc), online transaction management (helps save time and the environment all at the same time – plus our clients get a disk at the end of the transaction that will include all fully executed paperwork for their convenience), specialized systems for timely and accurate information, a buyer program that gives our buyers all the information they need before other buyers, and finally the market expertise that allows our clients to make the decisions that work best for them.
