Kathy Krize at Keller Williams did an amazing job for us. We worked with her through a solid year until we found and secured our dream home. She always made us feel like we were her only clients. She was immediately responsive by phone/text/email. Even when on vacation, although she had coverage set up for us, she would still check in with us and email us the same day if there was anything going on. What I liked best was that I felt like she had our best interest in mind. We never felt pressured. Instead, we felt like she just asked the right questions to understand our taste, and then was really able to help us screen out things that didn't match that so that we didn't have to waste our time. And she was spot on. In addition, she didn't try to sell us on anything to just close the deal, but rather really made sure that we were happy with what we were offering on. I still remember her asking me point blank as I was handing her my deposit check for an offer, whether I was sure we would be happy in that house. I felt like she was my family by the end of this, and I actually teared up thinking that our weekly visits looking at homes were ending, despite being thrilled with our home purchase. The exceptional thing about Kathy is that, despite being very easy going and open to our wants and needs, she was extremely effective in the business dealings that ensued in the offering and negotiation phase. She was very straightforward with us about what needed to be done, and she helped us negotiate and secure the deal through the closing. I have to say that the market is really tough in general in terms of buying a great house, both in the offers/negotiations and the mortgage aspects, and she just fought for us to get through that every step of the way, including after closing and during a rent back period. I cannot imagine ever having successfully purchased the house we wanted without her, and I cannot recommend her more highly. Kathy just makes things happen, in the best way possible.
