Greetings and welcome to my web page.  I hope you will find this information useful; but please don't hesitate to contact me if there's anything you're interested in knowing and don't find here.
 
I've been a real estate professional here in Silicon Valley since 1988.  During that time I have sold or helped purchase homes from Los Gatos to San Francisco though I tend to specialize in the Los Altos Hills, Portola Valley, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Mountain View and Los Altos areas.  This is important because realtors tend to sell to one another -- working with someone who has a strong network of top realtors is very important for your home purchase or sale.
 
Just by the nature of Silicon Valley, most of my clients have been executives and their families from the high technology sector.  A specialization has always been East to West relocation as this was one of our trials and tribulations when my husband was relocated by Apple.  I've worked with relocating families tied to Apple, Adobe, Claris, Digital Equipment, HP and a host of others.
 
Our family lives in Los Altos Hills, and we raised our children in public and private schools in Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills -- I've got a pretty good sense of the education system in the local area and would be glad to share my insights. 
 
My friends know me as a "shopper."  In fact, what I pride myself on is value shopping on the buying side of real estate and creating high value on the selling side.  It becomes my personal mission to help you find the best price if you're buying and get the best price if you're selling.  The single most critical aspect of Peninsula real estate is "the right price."  That sounds simple and anyone can give you a price.  But the distinction between those of us who have been in the business over 20 years through ups and downs of the market is that we sell to our long term colleagues and we know "the right price."
