Helen started her career in escrow in 1978. She has experience in Residential, Refinance, and REO's. She is a Certified Senior Escrow Officer, and is currently the Secretary of the Association.
Helen enjoys working with people. Helen believes that escrow is always changing and evolving and always has something new to teach you, so there is always something to learn everyday.
Bev has been in the business since 1979. She has experience in Refinance, Resale, and Short Sales. She is a Certified Escrow Officer.
Bev believes that doing escrows provides a very important and life changing event for people. Escrow is a true and most rewarding service when we bring it all together at the end.
Bev enjoys spending evenings out with friends for dinner and/or movies; bowling; having her 10 grandchildren for the weekend, in small groups of 4 or less; reading; and traveling.
Tina has been in the real estate industry since 1998. She has worked in the forclosure field for 11 years, prior to coming in to escrow. Tina is experienced in refinance and residential sales transactions. She has been rewarded Top Producer, and Million Dollar Club awards for her work in escrow. She is an accomplished Mom and Wife! Tina enjoys providing customer service, and building relationships.
I started in the Title department in 1992, and spent 5 years searching and examining. I then worked as part of the Customer Service department before transitioning to Escrow.
I currently run a strong refinance desk, and have recently begun focusing on Short Sales, REO’s and purchase transactions.
