Alex and Wendy are both lifetime residents of Sacramento and El Dorado counties. We both come from service oriented fields - law enforcement and public education. Alex retired from the California Highway Patrol as a Chief after a 28 year career. Wendy holds a Master’s Degree in Education and worked extensively with learning handicapped elementary aged students.
