Mark Richardson was referred to us by one of my coworkers, whose husband is 'old friends' with Mark. My coworker and her husband had recently purchased a house using Mark as their Realtor, and were very pleased. Mark is very professional, nice, upfront, honest & a great listener. He is clearly very educated on the housing market, and has great knowledge and advice on the areas we were considering for our new home. This advice was invaluable to us, since we were new to the area. Mark was very patient with us while we figured out what we did and didn't like about certain houses and neighborhoods.
